Company History

We are a leading manufacturer specializing in producing high-quality pet products, including collars, leashes, harnesses, and accessories. With over 160 employees, our production base covers an area of over 20,000 square meters and is equipped with two advanced production lines, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for pets and their owners worldwide.

Startup Era (1989-1998)‌

During China's reform era, Vigorous began in four humble residential workshops, prioritizing quality in leather belt production despite basic equipment. In 1992, it formalized as Pingyang Leather Factory, marking its transition from family workshop to standardized enterprise.
SanTransformation Phase (1998-2007)‌

Spotting market potential, Vigorous pivoted to pet products in 1998. Incorporated as Pingyang Vigorous Pet in 2001, it developed key technologies like material modification within five years. The new four-story factory helped exports reach 80% of revenue, marking its shift to an export-focused business.
Reform Period (2007-2018)

Shifted from OEM to self-owned exports ($10M+ annual revenue). Moved to 4,659m² R&D-industrial park. Built tech-brand system (8 patents by 2011). Expanded to Jinhua with 10,000m² smart factory in 2016, establishing dual. Wenzhou-Jinhua hubs. With 150 staff, Vigorous evolved into a corporate group.
Breakthrough Era (2019-2021)

In 2019, the company built a 20,000m² smart industrial park in Shuitou, integrating R&D-production-warehousing. Deliver Intelligent Chinese Manufacturing to global pets through digital transformation and quality craftsmanship.Its premium pet products now rank top 3 in China and export to 30+ countries.
2022-Present

In 2022, we established a subsidiary in Cambodia to enhance our production capabilities and market responsiveness. By 2025, we will launch a dedicated apparel production line there, followed by a facility expansion to 32,000 m² in2027. By 2029, we aim to establish a preliminary pet product supply chain in Cambodia, strengthening our end-to-end manufacturing ecosystem.
